Employer-Employee.com

www.employer-employee.com

Employer-Employee.com is really two websites in one: one for employers, and the other for employees. This has more pros than cons for the HR professional, obviously representing an employer, but also being an employee.

Comprised of insightful, simple articles, there are rafts of useful HR resources here, with a heavy emphasis on HR and business software. Other articles include thoughts on how to curb employee absenteeism, employee motivation and performance reviews, how to motivate employees without using money, and how to stop employee procrastination.

On the employee side of things, resources include three things you can do to manage your challenging boss, how to hypnotise your supervisor, negative references and defamation of character, and tips for women on working in a male dominated environment.

Unfortunately, the navigation and layout is a haphazard jumble of links, which gives the impression that employer-employee.com started off as a hobby, and has grown in content without sufficient attention to professional design. This is not helped by an amateurish site map and search engine, comprising a higgledy-piggledy collection of outdated links.

This aside, Employer-Employee.com does provide a good amount of free and useful content.
