It supplies benchmarking reports, toolkits and handbooks for consultants, managers and employees in the area of change management. Its site is well designed, with easy-to-use menus and lots of information on this very topical issue.
The site presents an overview of the Prosci 2005 Best Practices in Change Management report, in which 411 companies were surveyed on their change management experiences and the lessons they have learnt. The findings outline greatest success factors, the biggest obstacles, and lessons on how to build good executive sponsorship.

Alternatively, you could sign up first for a free Webinar (tutorial), which lasts an hour and provides access to change management experts.
