Effectiveness Monitor, formerly known as Corporate Benchmark
Monitor, is designed to assist HR functions in benchmarking themselves through examining 42 key people-related measures.
The report looks at issues such as organisational HR effectiveness compared to similar-sized organisations in different industries, HR structures, technologies and outsourcing practices that lead to better HR performance, and benchmark staffing ratios for various HR functions, including payroll and training. Data is based on surveys of 140 participating organisations including well-known names such as Virgin Blue, Wesfarmers, Sara Lee and Australia Post.
